Tawdry Angel offers a dedicated Repair Policy instead of a return policy.​

If any product has defects, we commit to fixing these issues and returning the item within three weeks.​ For damages incurred post-purchase, we provide repair services if the customer covers shipping costs or is located in Portland.​ In cases where damage exceeds normal wear and tear, we will evaluate and propose a repair fee.​ If the item requires eplacement due to reasons other than a defect in our craftsmanship, the cost will be equivalent to purchasing a new item.
